Since the earliest days of my legal career, I’ve believed that practicing law isn’t simply about transactions or filings — it’s about people. People are not a means to an end, but the end itself.  I help entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses, assist families with wills, trusts and estate planning, and guide clients through real-estate transactions so they can move forward with confidence.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Indiana University, Indianapolis Campus in 2013. During those years I served as the mentor for the Logic and Symbolic Logic courses at the univerisity, and I was proud to be inducted into Golden Key Society, Dean’s List and graduated with distinction for academic achievement. These early experiences sharpened my ability to communicate clearly, mentor others and remain grounded in professional integrity.
I completed my Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Georgia State Law in 2017, where I served as a Graduate Research Assistant. These roles reinforced my conviction that effective legal service requires both rigorous analysis and a practical focus on real-world client needs.
My practice philosophy is straightforward: a lawyer’s job is not just to deliver results, but to listen attentively, think proactively and act with the client’s long-term interest in mind. Attorneys used to be considered one of the three noble professions.  We strive to meet that expectation.  Whether drafting a tailored operating agreement for a startup, crafting a trust designed to preserve generational wealth, or steering a real-estate closing for a business acquisition — my aim is to provide clear guidance, thoughtful planning and responsive service.
Outside the office, I am married to Samantha and father to four children. We are active in Church, Music, food, fellowship and fun with friends.
“Lord, grant that I may be able in argument, accurate in analysis, strict in study, candid with clients, and honest with adversaries. Sit with me at my desk and listen with me to my client’s plaints, read with me in my library, and stand beside me in court, so that today I shall not, in order to win a point, lose my soul.”
It serves as a daily reminder that legal advocacy, at its core, is about character — being trustworthy, precise, dedicated and always loyal to the client’s interest without sacrificing integrity.
If you’re looking for a legal partner who listens deeply, plans deliberately and executes with both professionalism and personal care, I’d be honored to put my experience to work for you.
